Mobius

Snow fell softly,
pondering it’s existence,
as it rode the wind down a starry night sky.

Each flake translucent,
tantamount to glass-work
crystal structure symmetry.

The ground, covered
in virgin white,
Pure, untroubled and smooth.

Each step, crushing,
treading an unsteady path,
brown stains uncouth.

Tracing my name,
spanning across the field
Blithe, yet eternal.
