Snake

Silky,smooth undulated,
Velvet, Dark as the Night
Of the Unborn Moon.

Swivelling past lilliput boulders
Journeying to Unknown destination,
In search of prey.

A majestic crown reared,
Instilling fear,
In the bravest of hearts.

And,then,As if it’s spirit rekindled,
away,again,on it’s quest,sometimes,
The Fortunate Pilgrim.
